Mental Health Services

Telehealth psychiatric services focused on medication management for anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Individualized Treatment Planning

Care with us is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Your treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs, and you have options. You can expect to have more choice in your care with us. A patient-provider therapeutic relationship requires us to be a team with shared-decision making.

Support for First Responders

Dedicated services tailored for first responders. As a provider that has held many roles and has weathered storms that are more unique to first responders, we are here to say, "you matter too." As first responders, you face situations that are, at times, incredibly challenging. You need to put your emotions aside and function as if you are able to hit "pause" on them. That is not realistic. While you have been trained to critically assess and respond, you are still human and have human emotions. We understand this and are here to offer support to you.

Inclusive care supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community. LOVE IS LOVE. What else is there to say?

A wall is divided into two sections with a vertical boundary. The left side is a deep red color, while the right side is light gray. Mounted on the red section is a blue sign featuring symbols for accessibility, indicating services for people with disabilities, including figures of a wheelchair, a person with a cane, and a person with a stroller. Below these symbols, the words 'CALL HEAR' and a website link are displayed.

The inclusive approach really made a difference for me. I appreciated the focus on shared decision-making!

A letter board displays the words 'BIPOLAR DISORDER' surrounded by scattered letters. Nearby, there is a clipboard with a blank sheet of paper and a pencil, accompanied by a cup of black coffee. Three photographs show different facial expressions, and a small potted plant is visible. The surface is textured in a neutral tone.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your approach to providing care?

My approach to treating people with mental health needs is focused on seeing each person as an individual and helping them reach their own goals for feeling better. I believe it's very important that patients are involved in making decisions about their care and fully understand their options. I always try to communicate openly, build trust, and treat everyone with kindness and respect. I care about making sure each person feels comfortable and confident in the treatment plan we create together.

What can I expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect to leave sessions feeling truly seen and heard, knowing your experiences and feelings are fully acknowledged without judgment. You should feel cared for in a compassionate and respectful environment where your well-being is the priority. Most importantly, you should feel supported—empowered to take an active role in your healing journey with confidence and hope for the future.
